- Space is running out for the workshop on the science of digital fabrication that CBA is hosting with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. This will be at MIT on March 7; updated agenda and registration information are at:
- Space is also limited for a Festschrift event we're helping organize for CBA collaborator Danny Cohen on March 2nd in Mountain View. This will gather many of the Internet's pioneers; agenda and registration information for it are at:
- Planning is now underway for FAB9, to be held in Japan in August:
- Neil Gershenfeld spoke about CBA's manufacturing research at an event in DC hosted by The Atlantic:
and will be presenting an interspecies internet project with colleagues at TED in Long Beach February 28:
